Inglourious Basterds

This flim takes place in Nazi occupied France where a young Jewish refugee Shosanna Dreyfus witnesses the slaughter of her family by Colonel Hans Landa as they are hiding underneath the floorboards of a French dairy farmers home. Narrowly escaping with her life, she plots her revenge. In the meantime, there is a group of Jewish "guerrilla fighters", (The Inglourious Basterds) who search and destroy any Nazi they can find. We are privy to some of their exploits. Several years later German war hero Fredrick Zoller takes an interest in Shoshana and involves her in a having a film debut at the movie theater she now owns. With the promise of every major Nazi officer in the high command (including Hitler) in attendance, the event catches the attention of the "Basterds", a group of Jewish-American guerrilla soldiers led by the ruthless Lt. Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt). As the relentless executioners advance and the conspiring young girl's plans are set in motion, their paths cross for one fateful night.
