This movie ended up feeling a little more like a comedy to me but that actually made it even more fun. I should mention that it does have that Sam Raimi feel to it, that sort of whacky, almost "slapstick horror", (which is great) except Drag Me To Hell just feels much more professional. The plot is perfect, and there are plenty of twists and surprises. Don't let the PG13 rating throw you off either, this is still a very scary and shocking movie. Really, I haven't actually jumped in my seat from a horror flick in about 10 years! The acting and the script is also superb. Unlike so many horror flicks I wasn't bored by the simple get-to-know the characters scenes. Sam Raimi already made great movies and it seems he's actually improved his talent. Even if you aren't a fan of the Evil Dead series, if you like horror you'll definitely enjoy Drag Me To Hell. Don't miss this one!!
