This movie will probably be Pacino and De Niro's best film that they starred in together besides The Godfather part 2. It is a truly one of a kind Action/Drama with the lives of two opposing forces being played out simultaneously in front of us. It does have some slow points with De Niro And Kilmer, but overall a strong recommendation for any action movie lover.
