Part of Dario Argento's "Three Mothers" series and a semi-sequel to Suspiria - while it had its moments, I didn't find it near as interesting or visually stunning as the latter. Still, if you're a fan of Argento, it's worth seeking out if you haven't seen it though I will say it falls firmly in the mediocre category for his films.
