Like The Host, attempts to put a new spin on the classic monster movie. This one owes a lot to Alien (tough female lead, nigh-unkillable monster, sacrifice for the greater good). The biggest disappointment is that it takes way to long to set things up - I want a monster, not the daily lives of an oil-rig crew. Still, it was entertaining.
