What's a Town with No Ducks?

I was so happy this came on Netflix because ever since hearing about it, I knew I had to see it. This is the definition of a good "bad" movie - the dialogue and acting is horrendous, the story ludicrous with plenty of random nudity and swearing to earn the R rating - but this is a movie that revels in its terribleness - it has a certain Z-grade movie charm that you just can't get anywhere else. Some movies try too hard to be bad (see all those parody movies that make me puke) but The FP has so much passion in what it's trying to pull off, you can't help but applaud the effort. It reminds me of a classic Troma film without all the violence - if they bring back Mystery Science Theater in, say 15 years, this will have to be on the list - a terrible film, a lot of fun and just a random assortment of WTF.
I may not have scored it high - but I still recommend this to anyone who likes good "bad" movies - this is a future cult classic, mark my words. You should at least be entertained by this movie - providing you're not going in with any intention of taking it seriously - not even in the slightest - because that's where the real pleasure comes from. A great movie to enjoy with a group of friends, some kind of mind-altering substance and running commentary.
