The Winter Olympics of 1994 - I may not be able to recollect much, but mention Tonya Harding or Nancy Kerrigan and bam - attack to the knee. It's ingrained in my memory because of the sheer amount of attention this got - covered endlessly it seems by, well, every network and news organization. This look back may not make any striking revelations, but it does show the early days of sensationalist media - and how it affected the lives of the people involved.
