Pretty low on the Bergman ladder.

When Bergman is good, he's very, very good, but when he's bad . . .
This is basically "The Rite" meets "Smiles of a Summer Night" -- except really, really boring. But then again, I've hated some of his "best" movies, including "Persona" and "Cries and Whispers," so if you liked those you might like this, too.
