A feast for the eye and the soul

This is probably at the top of my list as one of the weirdest film I’ve seen today. But in a good way that is. With visionary director Michel Gondry casting his magic and putting in film, I was definitely amazed. I really wasn’t expecting Jim Carrey to pull it off, but he did. It was an enigmatic performance, perhaps Oscar worthy even. His better half in the movie performed extremely well to. Kate Winslet was not just eye candy, but she is the soul of this movie. Story wise, I was captivated by idea of removing a specific memory of a person inside the mind. If this was possible, I would definitely avail this service. Let’s just say I’ve had my own share of bad memories. Acting job like I said was superb, especially with an ensemble cast. Visually it was stunning and frame by frame was a masterpiece. Never can you see beauty captured on film like this.
