I got was I expecting, nothing more, nothing less

Not expecting more than the TV show, I got exactly what I was expecting, a longer, better looking TV show. The Simpsons held onto what made the show great, and it was funny and enjoyable. It wasn't a mind blowingly great movie, which isn't surprising. Good characters, good jokes, and a storyline that was acceptable.
