let me start by saying i love this movie. it's really funny and really on point with the generation of young people it was made for. Tina Fey knows her shit and I can't wait for her to write another film. This is one of those iconic teen movies, to be compared with the likes of "Clueless" and "Breakfast Club". At the same time it is making fun of a stereotype and making a statement on our culture. My friends and I quote this movie almost daily, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
