The title suits the movie..its simply incredible.

Of all the Pixar movies this is my absolute favorite. I really think that the character development, and the dedication to detail was what made this movie this great. Bob Parr is an insurance adjuster that was once recognized as a famous superhero. During one of his heroic escapades he saved a man that was trying to commit suicide. After saving him, the man said he didn't want to be saved and now because he is in pain he decided to sue Mr. Incredible....and subsequently he wins.
So now that superheroes are no longer supposed to help people because they are constantly in fear of legal repercussions they have to lead ordinary lives just like everyday people. When Bob recieves a mysterious letter that tells him that "they know who he is" and offer him a job to help them, he takes the opportunity to regain his life as a superhero.
The whole movie is great from beginning to end, it is one of the few animations that everyone has been saying, "When is there going to be a sequel?" But to date Brad Bird has remained steadfast in saying, "I'm not against a sequel, but the script has to be as good as or better than the original before I will say that it will happen."
The animation is nearly flawless and the story is just pure entertainment.
