Really bad movie... not worth it at all.

Matt Frewer is the only thing in this movie that was interesting. I was a big fan of the original Lawnmower Man, and it was a great story. As soon as the sequel was announced I was looking forward to it beacuse I thought that it would be a lot like the original, I couldn't have been more mistaken.
The first thing that drove me crazy, is the fact that in the original Lawnmower Man we see Jobe (played by Jeff Fahey) pass into the depths of cyberspace, and his body dissolves, and ultimately it is destroyed by the mass explosion that occurs.
To get an idea of how bad this movie is, the stars of the original, Pierce Brosnan and Jeff Fahey, wouldn't even return to reprise their roles. And its no wonder why they refused: the whole thing is a disgrace to movies everywhere. For starters, it contradicts the ending of the first film, and since Fahey wouldn't return, they had to make up some dumb story about Jobe having plastic surgery.
This really was a low point for film in general. If Matt Frewer wanted to have something to do with cyberspace and virtual reality, he should have stuck with Max Headroom.
