The last Van Damme movie that was ok.

Ok I rated this movie as being ok only because of my current distaste for Van Damme films. As I've said previously I used to really love watching Van Damme's movies because he always seemed to have some of the most incredible fight sequences. Of course I was also about 11 years old at the time. The idea of this movie is that a number soldiers that were killed in Vietnam had their bodies brought back to the United States and the government began a program called UniSol (Universal Soldier) in which they used special genetics to reanimate the bodies of the dead soldiers, and they kept their minds wiped of any of their previous lives.
The real actor in this movie had to be Dolph Lundgren. He always plays a great bad guy, and this movie he did just as good a job as always. Unfortunately my love for this movie (and believe me I used to think this was one of the greatest movies of all time) has faded a lot over the years. While younger kids would probably get a kick out of the action on it, the movie has definitely seemed to have lost its charm. Watch it once, and you may enjoy it, but keep the repeated viewing to a minimum.
