Wasted Plot

OK. So. This movie. "World's Greatest Dad", has a great plot but the details used to run the story is really not-so-great, I think there will be a lot of alternative ideas on how Kyle dies which will be funnier and a lot easier to understand right away ( i actually don't get the point of having something tied on your neck while doing your "need"). The story has moral but it was not that clear.
In terms of acting, the lead did a good job but not to the supporting roles, especially the scene when there are two girls are trying to outrun (outcrawl?) each other to get Kyle's favorite singer's album. that was really bad.
As a movie in general, no cinematic technique impresses me.
Just my opinion.
