Jack McCall (Eddie Murphy) is one business man who gets whatever he wants as he uses his words to deceive people. One day, he speaks lies to a spiritual guru and finds himself with a magical tree as his life indicator. Each time he says a word, a leaf falls.

OKAY. I see that most people do not appreciate this film. I would say that nothing was really great about this film, but ALSO, I should say that when I saw this one, it surprises me, I expected less but it gave something that exceeded my expectations. GREAT MESSAGE, yes! The story passed on my criteria. Eddie Murphy and the rest of the gang entertained me enough. I cannot give so much praise on it, but it was a decent watch for me. I guess, this was more of a family drama, I think. Something that a family will enjoy watching on a sunday or some holidays.
NOT BAD! I cannot see where the hate is coming from.
