I liken this movie to Paris, je'taime, a collection of shorts from differing perspectives on a global tragedy. Most of the films are remarkably subdued and create character-driven and often beautiful and haunting storylines with September 11th as a background. Alejandro Gonzalez-Innaritu probably has the most in-your-face film and it's tough to watch. Shows the power of what can be shown in a concise time period.
