An ineffective thriller that has neither compelling characters or well-executed action. It's muddy and murky and Owen Wilson is miscast as an action hero.

Couldnt agree more. Took the words out of my mouth. This perhaps could have been considered a good movie with a different actor. Edward Norton anyone?
