A completely involving and suspenseful noir/horror film. The sense of foreboding that falls over the entire movie is unshakable and the plot is rooted in solid characters, so that when the twist ending eventually occurs, it makes sense and doesn't seem to come out of left field. A film about jealousy and dread.
