A Modern Day Epic about Drug Trafficking

Traffic brilliantly balances a diverse group of intersecting storylines, each designed to portray a different aspect of the drug trafficking problem and culture. The ensemble cast is outstanding and the script very smart. Gaghan has obviously done his research, as the screenplay contains layers of knowledge, history, and realism. Captivating and thought-provoking.
