Although the script occasionally tries to be too witty and smart for its own good, which distracts from the story, the film does do a great job of humanly and humorously handling the issue of teen pregnancy. Ellen Page is a sarcastic star and Michael Cera's type-casting actually works in his role as a clueless father-to-be.
