Classic Comedy

Harvey is truly a comedy classic. It is the story of a middle-aged man who spends most of his time with a 6-foot-tall invisible rabbit, much to the dismay of his uptight family. While the plot may seem silly and far fetched, the characters are so lovable and believable that you can't help but become wrapped up in the story.
It is definitely a screwball comedy from the 1950s, so don't go into it expecting a modern comedy. However, it is refreshing to occasionally watch a movie where humor is derived from character development and a unique plot and not a bunch of swearing and pot smoking. Harvey is absolutely among the best comedies ever made.
