Pure Schlok

From the get go the audience knows that they are in for a doozy. Of course, how one handles a bad situation is completely up to that one. There is joy to be had here, with Faceman and Murdock (Cooper and Sharito), who have balls out glee at everyone's expense! They seem to be having way more fun than anyone should during the flying tank scene, and nobody in this cast has the sense to try and one up them.
That also leaves the audience with a beyond ridiculous story and a clueless 'Rampage' and Biel who smile, scowl, and stare at everyone because acting is hard. Carnahan unapologetically makes a bad film filled with schlok, and the 1 star reviews are therefore welcome.
