Live Free or Die Hard

The best summer film so far. With its non-stop action and constant humour, I wanted the film to run longer. The antagonists of the film are quite venomous yet charming at the same time, which made it that much better than your typical action film. Bruce Willis proves that he's still got it as an action star (and actor in general) and Justin Long proves that he can be in every film genre and succeed at creating a believable character. The best aspect of the film (and there's a plethora of them but I'm not going to mention them all) is its boldness to play with fear in the form of terrorism. Fear has been a constant theme in the "Die Hard" films and I'm so happy that this one remained true to its source and levitate it into a whole new level. I cannot recommend this film enough. Disappointed with "Transformers" or not, go see it!
