I thought it was very clever--the British humor wasn't dry. Most of the characters are undeveloped which normally might not bother a viewer; HOWEVER, there were some great scenes and flashbacks with the characters of Lenny, Archie, and Johnny Quid--i really enjoyed their complicated relationships and I wanted to see more.
The middle dragged but the ending was completely worth it!
