i heard all this hype about this movie and how "important" it is. turns out i was really disappointed. I love abstract movies and this started off like a weird comedic 1984 meets monty python (yeah i know who directed it), but throughout the movie, the harder i tried to like it, the more stupid it got. I basically waited for De Niro to show up and he was onscreen for less then maybe five minutes total. That and Bob "super mario" Hoskins playing a weird electrician were about the only good parts. Bilbo baggins and the old guy from the pirates movies are two of the more major characters so...there's that i guess. 12 monkeys is waaaaay better. The last 30 minutes pretty much throughout any point and just got annoying. Plus the title...why? Because of the song? still....dumb title. But that's just my opinion.
