This quite stupid horror movie does have some scares and sometimes even manages a little dread, but the plot takes way too long to unfold and doesn't really make all that much sense either. The scariest scene happens pretty early and the climactic scene, while it tried its damndest to macabre and nightmarish, was just stupid. Save yourself the time and just watch the Haunting.
