Geppetto Takes A Day Off

This film in my opinion can be attributed to two things: That awkward moment, often in every person's life, where your mind spins itself out to creative bliss so far that there are no strings attached to anything that is of reality. And secondly, that quick epiphonous jab that makes you wonder... "Wow people would go crazy if I could find a way to explain this new idea to them..." Such is the euphoric engine of this film. As if Kaufman and Jonze had turned the originality valve on all the way just to see the devastating results, this film definitely uncanny and worth the watch.
What Crum Dug! - As with all Kaufman screenplays, always during the viewing do you get this strange but pleasant sense of déjà vu that I think is mysterious and enlightening in and of itself...
Bah Crumbug! - Honestly I think I invested a little more into this film than I took out of it, but I have to tip my hat to the creativity, originality, and uniqueness of the film.
