A film that is completely successful in what it sets out to do. Now the problem I feel is that does indeed limit audiences but it also opens it ups to another audience that apparently does not have that many good films for them. This is a good one for them, and you know who I am talking about.
Oscar Win Best Supporting Actor Jack NIcholson 2/5- I did not like what NIcholson did in this he just played it like himself and I was annoyed that he really failed to make a character out of it. It was JAck NIcholson named someone else not playing someone else.
Oscar Nominee Best Supporting Actor John Lithgow 3/5- I though Lithgow was a little better than Nicholson since he played a character and not himself and did a good job at that too.
