The worst of the three turtles films not that any of them are great. It is just not very good. The action scenes are boring and poorly done and there is not an interesting story or interesting characters to go by. IT is not funny and the more dramatic attempts at character are poorly done and really do not work. This film really just is not good, and could have been at least fun.
