Best comic book movie ever

story 10/10 A perfectly crafted film, that had both a brilliant a deep story, that had many layers and depth to it, and great action scenes. This film is particularly good because it really does not waste one scene. Every scene has purpose, and is interesting. I was never bored during the whole film. I felt very similar to how I felt when I watched the departed. Anyone who was bored by this must merely not like a smart story.
sound 10/10- The musical score is perfectly implemented. Since it never gives away a scene, but instead is properly used so it only adds to the film.
acting 10/10- Might as well start with Heath Ledger who gives the performance that fully embodies the character of the Joker. His voice and his posture are perfect. He never hits a wrong note and stays great the whole movie. Heath Ledger performance is equaled though by Gary Oldman's as James Gordon. He just is Gordon that is all there is to it. You never even think it is an actor even, he just plays the part that well. Christian Bale balances his three different personalities well, and plays each one almost perfectly. These are Bruce Wayne playboy, the real Bruce Wayne and of course Batman. Some have complained about his batman voice, but I think it works. Only at the end it sounded like Bale was really hurting his own voice. Aaron Eckhart also is perfect throughout both as the white knight and as the disfigured two face. Katie Holmes one of the few flaws of batman begins is well replaced by Maggie Gyllenhaal. And Morgan Freemen and Michael Caine just add to the total package of the Dark Knight.
Look 10/10- Nolan creates a great looking film, every scene is perfectly shot. The action now looks proper, and no longer is too up close like it was in batman begins.
overall 10/10- A perfect film that never misses a mark, a recommendation from me to see it. See it many times if you want I have seen it three times and it has not lost any energy.
Oscar Win Best Supporting Actor Heath Ledger 6- Heath Ledger is perfect as the Joker. He creates something new while keeping some of the old somehow perfectly. He defeats all other jokers and he remains scary, comedic, intense and completely entertaining all at the same time
