Natural Born Killers review

The film is about the vehement killing spree and love of Mickey (Woody Harrelson) and Mallory (Juliette Lewis). The reporter Wayne Gale (Robert Downey Jr.) makes their story into a media event, which in turn creates fans for the volatile couple. The soundtrack used and character build-up for the flick was good and the dialogue somewhat had depth. The only qualms I had were MTV/documentary style of filming was a bit confusing. Despite of some parts of the film was a bit dragging, the cast did a solid job. The movie implies the symbolism of violence, media exploitation and effects criminals that can’t be apprehended. If only the execution of the story was smoother, but I guess Stone had a technique which he felt suited for the film.
