Thunderball review

SPECTRE demands 100 million in white flawless uncut diamonds from NATO in exchange for the bombs. The threat of the organizations is that they will destroy a major city in the United States or the United Kingdom if their demands are not met. Emilio Largo (SPECTRE No. 2) has plans to destroy Miami Beach and is accompanied by a mistress who falls for Bond named Domino (Claudine Auger). Shows signs of being dated in terms of special effects, nevertheless the plot was better than most Bond films. The only problem this reviewer has is the pace of the story. It's meat of the story is not that focused on and the action scenes were a bit dragging since it was underwater, though it was well choreographed. Connery was good but some of the humor were not that witty. The film however showcased numerous gadgets and a likable female character. Thunderball is a wonderful action flick especially for those who enjoy water scenes since it involved so much in it.
