Super Size Me review

Morgan Spurlock, an American independent filmmaker invests his time in getting the facts about fast food even to the point of being part of experiment himself. He has himself checked before indulging in a 30 day McDonald’s diet. Points viewed were the image of Ronald McDonald (more popular than Jesus in one scene), dollars used in marketing, and corporate exploitation of the public. A lot of people of were interviewed related to the food and medical industry. The soundtracks used were effective, amazing statistics uncovered and editing was effective. A few results from his 30 day diet were an 18% increase in body fat, massive cravings, headaches, mood swings, etc. Super Size Me aims to show that fast food is a big business that often times manipulates its marketing, we should have a proper diet with exercise and that we all have choices “who goes first, them or us?” as the film ends.
