The Italian Job review
Daniel Corleone - wrote on 01/31/12

This critic recalls enjoying this crime flick. A well-casted heist film with a witty dialogue and decent humor. It involves safe-cracker John Bridger (Sutherland), the thief Charlie Croker (Wahlberg), an inside man Steve (Norton), Rob (Jason Statham) a getaway driver, technical expert Lyle (Seth Green) and Left Ear (Def), an explosives expert. Charlie recruits Stella (Charlize Theron), the daughter of John who is a safe cracker. The story is faced paced, soundtrack was lively and direction was effective. Edward Norton shines in his role and the chase scenes were exciting. Despite the lack of a logical plot and engaging antagonist, The Italian Job is worth viewing for its genre.
