Overloaded with talented artists such as Michelle Pfeiffer (a mature secretary who resigns), Hilary Swank (an Executive), Robert De Niro (a cancer patient), and Halle Berry (nurse). A few stars in another industry include Ryan Seacrest, Jon Bon Jovi, and Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. Poor character development, horrible plot and storytelling structure and the whole picture felt like a sitcom mixed with a music video with sappy and monotonous songs. New Year's Eve could have used a better screenplay, less names and probably a new director.
