The Pistol: The Birth of a Legend review

Inspirational, dazzling and fun to watch. Saw this on television years back. If one plays basketball, you would not regret viewing this movie. The story of a basketball whiz, Adam Guier brilliantly portrays "The Pistol" Pete Maravich. Highly entertaining based from the flashes of greatness as a young age. It shows how a young gifted child manages to be around people older his age and good parenting. Pace was descent and humor mixed with drama was well thought of. Soundtrack, performances and basketball choreography were very impressive. It's fascinating how they selected the kid who played The Pistol. It's unfortunate how this young talent passed away at an early age. The Pistol: The Birth of a Legend is one of the well made biographical films about a distinct talent who passed away at a very young age to make an impact in the NBA.
