For a Few Dollars More review

Monco aka. The Man With No Name - "It's a small world. The Hunchback - "Yes and very, very bad. Now, come on. You light another match." Viewing this the second time around proves that it is one of the best westerns ever produced. The Man with No Name(Clint Eastwood) and Colonel Douglas Mortimer (Lee Van Cleef) are skilled bounty hunters who earn money by killing wanted men. Both meet and talk about certain situations to get El Indio (Gian Maria Volonté). Score alone is sufficient to keep you interested with the genre. Performances all around superb, cinematography was gorgeous while the plot unique and smart. Characters were well developed adn screenplay well writtedn with lines: "Tell me, isn't sheriff supposed to be courageous, loyal and, above all, honest?" "I was worried about you - all alone, with so many problems to solve." and "And just as reckless as you. Then one day, something happened. It made life very precious to me." Action from the very first scenes will keep you engaged and overall style (from Clint's entrance, gun fights and mexican standoffs) just never dwindles. For A Few More Dollars is considered one of the standards for action westerns which touches on greed, compromise and justice. This evidently was present(story/choreography/close-ups/costumes/settings/sound) from the picture.
