Sometimes campy, but always enjoyable, "The Fly" hasn't aged too badly, and stands out as a horror and science fiction classic with a message about using animals in research.

A smarter monster flick from the 50's. There are some good ideas and it doesn't fall on too many monster movie conventions. It also has one great scene with a spider and a memorable Vincent Price performance.
