Yet another of the endless and totally interchangable british feelgood comedies. Switch the football element for music, you've got The Commitments. Switch it for ballet, you've got Billy Elliot. Switch it for stripping, you've got The Full Monty etc etc etc. Not awful by any means, but will a British scriptwriter PLEASE come up with a new idea??

They really should just call this montage the movie. I guess the biggest issue I have is they keep talking about how they want to play in America because they have great women's leagues that are so much better then the ones in England. I just find that incredibly hard to believe knowing how unpopular soccer is in the USA. Not a bad movie overall though but it could have been better

A unique film with likable characters and broad notes of comedy. It's not as interesting as it maybe could be, but, it works.

A good sports movie and a good movie about family. This is a interesting movie in that it doesn't really feel like a sports movie despite having quite a bit of soccer in it. A funny and entertaining movie that is worth watching. Parminder Nagra is fantastic in this.

This was an enjoyable movie. It wasn't amazing but it was definitely enjoyable. Of course, I must comment on J.R. Meyers. I loved to see him in a role where he wasn't angry or cynical. He was just the hot, fun soccer coach. Love him.
