This was a big waste of time for me. The movie may have a good death scene but overall the movie is a big mess from start to finish.

Director exploited the popularity of Rodman, but unfortunately wasn't able to improve his acting skills. Plot was very light, the action was their but in terms of the screenplay, a bit rubbish. So many unbelievable scenes like being saved by a vendo machine in a powerful explosion or kicking a tiger in the face without any reaction. Double Team could have been better, it lackluster action for those who want to see a popular martial arts artist and a hall of fame rebel from the NBA.

This movie wasn't all that great. And, I'm both a Rodman fan and a Van Damme fan.

Why has JCVD not been recruited by either the Justice League of America or the X-Men? He can't be shot or beaten in combat and if you leave him alone in a room he works out... a lot! Once he's done working out he kills Mickey Rourke and Dennis Rodman and neither Wolverine nor Superman has ever done that!
