Is it just me or do these possessed killer animatronics seem easy to kill?

Nicolas Cage doesn't talk the entire movie;only noises he makes include grunts and groans. That's kind of amusing and it shows that Cage is still interesting even if he can't speak. The rest of the cast is annoying or stupid or both. Sure there's some gory kills but the editing for the fight scenes is nearly incomprehensible. It doesn't overstay its welcome but it's just an onslaught of idiocy, action, and overly stylized editing.

Dumb fun that the less you take any kinds of seriously, the more enjoyment you will get out of it. An obvious Five Nights at Freddy's inspiration (apparently based on a rejected script for said movie), a silent buy very deadly Nicholas Cage faces off against a small army of animatronic killers, but damn if he just doesn't want to clean the joint, drink some energy drinks and play some pinball. The secondary plot with disposable teens isn't nearly as fun but they had to fill it out with something.

A Five Nights at Freddy's homage, gory and fun to watch with a group. Nicolas Cage manages to say not a word and still have a presence. Representing the gamer character taking on each boss as the silent protagonist stuck with npc's who just can't quite get over his goal of finishing the whole night instead of getting out and saving himself. Everything was a spot on til the sex scene between two of the 'teen' stereotype characters. While the sex scene is a horror trope, it isn't a Fnaf trope and felt way, waaay too long and forced before we could get back to the beatdowns. Spent the whole move eating popcorn, laughing and cracking dumb jokes with friends.
