Plot: A future in which water is the most precious resource finds a group of teenagers held in an orphanage by the new despotic rulers of Earth. This movie was so bad that I had to put it in my favorites...Just imagine this: Mad Max meets Star Wars, and everyone is in a Roller Derby. That is basically the gist of this film.
