Plot: A sadistic, twisted man going by the screen name Captain Howdy meets up with girls and chat rooms and invites them to his world of torture. After being captured, he is declared insane and rehabilitated. Dee was kinda cool. It was way to short. There's so much potential here that is wasted. I blame the director.

Other than Dee Snider sporting a twisted look, and outlook on life, there isn't much else going for this horror film. It's weird, but so much so that any point it was trying to make is lost.
