Plot: This direct-to-video animated sequel pits the heroic Aladdin against the evil Jafar in a battle of Shakespearean proportions. Aladdin and Jasmine prepare for life as a royal couple, but the appearance of parrot Iago heralds Jafar's impending arrival, and he's thirsting for revenge.

Silly and grandiose sequel to the Disney classic. Less memorable music, less memorable storyline, and Jafar becomes more of a cartoony demigod of a villain than the sinister and sly character in the first film. OK for kids, but pales in comparison to the first film.
