A writer in Seattle takes it upon herself to investigate the electronic voting system that has raised numerous questions in the past two presidential elections. It can be a little tedious at times as it explains how the system works and how to hack into it. There are a few good moments, such as a trip to Florida where they demand voting tapes from machines, only to find someone is secretly in the process of throwing them away. Good information to be informed about as elections become more and more computerized.
