The Hill is about a prisoner camp for soldiers and involves a group of new soldiers the film follows the characters well and the soldiers who run the camp just as well. The main commander is particularly interesting because he is not one dimensional and is a character you would not quite expect. The Hill is interesting to see where every character goes and everything is realistically done depressing but it stays watchable throughout. Every actor is great in it especially Sean Connery who is better in a way than the way he is usually good.
