An interesting perspective

Here is a film from the perspective of a traitor and a back stabber even though he does not really mean what he does. The film is incredibly interesting because it wants you to sympathize with him even though what he did was selfish and betrayed his friend. It also causes a slight dilemma because I found it hard to care for the character no matter what but it was the actor actually who made it work because he forced me to care a least a little bit. The film lacks a large scope and is mostly of a study of the informer and what happens to him and how he deals with it but it works with extreme effect. This is not a movie that will leave you satisfied but it is interesting to watch.
