Starts off like some teenage anarchist dream, only to morph into the downslide of a 'youth gone wild' lifestyle. The cost of too much rebellious freedom is a high one. I like The Who centric sound track. Decent flick.

Mod favourite and stalwart of british cinema, it has a great soundtrack and is a decent examination of the tribalism of youth culture. It's a little self important and pretentious in places (not unlike your average teenager in fact!) but it has some great moments, particularly involving the relationship between childhood friends who find themselves "enemies".

The most underrated movie of all time. One of the definitive rock n' roll pictures.
