The indie arthouse film equivalent of the Rorschach inkblot test, "Schizopolis" has a meaning that is whatever you want it to be. Possibly a farce of the meaninglessness of American life at the end of the 20th century, or maybe a meta satire on the masturbatory nature of self-gratifying cinema, who's really to say.
